This support focuses on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in the support environment, while assisting you to connect with supports and build capacity and resilience. It may also involve development of an intervention plan.
Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by you or your carer to increase the ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance your ability to travel and use public transport independently.
Household tasks enable the participant to maintain their home environment. This may involve undertaking essential household tasks that you are not able to undertake.
